Rosano Property Mgmt has an internship opportunity in its Mid-Wilshire office to assist the tam of property managers in all operations. We are looking for diligent, outgoing college students with a desire to learn and practice real estate accounting & property management.

Ideal candidate is a professional, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This individual must possess excellent verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize. Responsibilities: Assist in Property management accounting and learn the software and procedure of property accounting. Provide support in Leasing operation Generate standardized notice forms, e.g. 24 notice to enter, 30 day notice of rent increase, 3 day notice to pay or vacate, etc Trouble shoot Yardi and input missing data Generate SOP's (standard operating procedures) for frequent/important tasks Conduct competitive research (rent comps & sales comps). Organize and manage Sharepoint shared drive
