If you are organized, motivated, and passionate about food, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Partner with the Executive Chef to manage daily food service operations. Ensure meals are prepared on time and up to quality standards. Support, train, and mentor kitchen staff. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols. Step in and oversee kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is away. What We’re Looking For Strong culinary knowledge, including food preparation and safety standards. Ability to manage operations with minimal supervision. Safe Serve certification required. Experience with Rational equipment and basic computer skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot or cold environments (kitchen and freezer conditions). Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment.
