Job Description

Level-Up Life is looking for compassionate, motivated Executive Functioning Coaches to work one-on-one with children, adolescents, and young adults to build practical skills and greater independence at school and in everyday life.

Our coaches help clients develop skills such as organization, planning, time management, task initiation, prioritization, follow-through, and self-monitoring. Some clients may have ADHD, anxiety, autism, learning differences, or other diagnoses; however, our services are coaching-based and non-clinical. Coaches do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in education, psychology, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working one-on-one with students or clients in a coaching, mentoring, educational, or support role.
• Strong communication, organization, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with clients who may be overwhelmed, resistant, or struggling with follow-through.
• Must be available for after-school and evening sessions. Weekends a plus!
• Must be available to work at least 10 hours per week.
• Must be located in Utah, Florida, Colorado, or Massachusetts.

What You'll Do

• Coach clients in developing executive functioning skills and independent habits.
• Help clients manage schoolwork, organization, time, planning, and responsibilities.
• Provide accountability through check-ins and coaching sessions.
• Build rapport and develop individualized strategies based on each client's needs.
• Communicate with parents and other members of the client's support team when appropriate.
• Track and report client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and recognize when a concern falls outside the scope of coaching.

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Your client roster will grow over time as new clients become available, allowing your hours to increase based on your availability and client demand.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00 to start, $20.00 after onboarding.
