We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our Program Supervisors in planning and delivering engaging after school programs. No formal training required. At Edina Public Schools, we pride ourselves on being a learning community where all participate and all belong. A successful candidate will be a team player, have a strong desire to learn, and be passionate about equal access to learning for all children. Your Role Will Include: Creating and running extra-curricular activities for students in kindergarten through 5th grade, including art, music, games, and more. Supervising lunch, recess, attendance, and dismissal. Helping with the setup of the classroom and activities. Qualifications: No formal childcare experience is required - we are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping people and enjoy working with kids. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. High School Diploma or equivalent. Salary and Benefits: Competitive pay, starting at $18.94/hour (High School Diploma or equivalent required) up to $24.04/hour based on experience. On-the-job paid training for first aid, CPR, child development, and working with students with special needs. Strong support network with ongoing staff development and a team environment. Location & Shift Times: Edina Elementary School Sites. Part-Time PM: 2 PM - 5:45 PM. Start Date: August 2026.
