Actuarial Leadership ProgramAssociate-level Health actuarial pricing role in Guardian's Group Benefit Pricing & Analytics team, focused on Group Disability in a rotational leadership program. You'll support rate development, filings, pricing models, and product, underwriting, finance, and distribution initiatives. The hybrid role requires three office days and is available in Boston, Stamford, and other listed locations.Rotational actuarial leadership program closer to a structured development programme than a modelling-heavy IC role because rotations are a defining feature rather than depth in one team.Must have:Bachelor's degree in a mathematics-based fieldRegularly taking actuarial exams toward SOA FellowshipMinimum of 2 years of prior work experience in the actuarial fieldProficient in MS ExcelExperience in using actuarial modeling / data visualization softwareAbility to communicate pricing analyses to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to contribute to multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneouslyStrong analytical and technical skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated informationLegally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorshipNice to have:Bachelor's degree in actuarial scienceActuarial Associate designation in the SOA (ASA)3-5 years of prior work experience in the actuarial fieldUnderstanding of group pricing practices including experience ratingPrior work experience in Group Pricing, particularly Disability coverageTools: Excel Power_BI Tableau Domain: Group pricing practices including experience rating Disability coverage pricing
